Automation RetainerYour team's time is your most expensive resource.
Every repetitive task they do manually is time that doesn't grow.
Automation Retainer builds the automations that eliminate that work — month by month. Without hiring a developer. Without depending on Zapier. Without you having to understand how it works.
- Tasks done manually today — done automatically from month 1
- Each month the system does more — it never ends
- Flows documented and 100% yours if you cancel
Process audit included in the call · No commitment
Estimated cost in hours lost on repetitive tasks like onboarding and reporting.
How much do you pay your team
to do machine work?
Most businesses don't calculate the real cost of manual work. Until they do, and the number completely changes their perspective.
Time audit · Real example
Team hours on valueless tasks
Every hour your team spends manually sending confirmations is an hour not improving the service, finding clients or growing the business.
Constant human error — and avoidable
Someone forgot to send the email. Someone updated the spreadsheet wrong. Someone didn't notify the client. With automations, processes execute the same way every time — no exceptions.
The invisible growth ceiling
To serve 20% more clients you need to hire another person. That's the ceiling. The Retainer breaks it: the system serves more without the team growing proportionally.
Examples of what we build
in the first months.
Each flow is designed to eliminate a specific task. We start with the highest-impact ones.
Automatic confirmations
Email + WhatsApp in seconds when a purchase, booking or inquiry comes in. Without anyone having to send it.
New client setup
New client = CRM creation + Drive folder + welcome email. All in 2 minutes, without any intervention.
Automatic reports
Data from 3 different spreadsheets consolidated and emailed to the team every Monday at 8am.
Payment tracking
Automatic overdue invoice alert. Escalates to WhatsApp if not paid in 48h. Without anyone having to remember to send it.
System integration
CRM ↔ billing ↔ email ↔ calendar. Systems that don't talk to each other — connected with n8n.
Appointment reminders
24h and 1h before each meeting. Automatic. Without the team having to remember to send it.
Two plans.
Each one right for a situation.
The unit of measure is development time, not number of flows. A simple flow = 2h. A complex integration = 6h. In onboarding we calibrate the real scope.
Base Plan
Businesses starting to automate
- 1 to 2 new flows per month (low/medium complexity)
- Maintenance of existing flows
- Complete documentation of each delivery
- Chat communication + weekly updates
Pro Plan
Established businesses that want to accelerate
- Complex flows + integrations with external APIs
- Advanced webhooks and subworkflows
- Monthly strategic review — what to build first and why
- Priority support with response in under 4 hours
- Business automation map delivered in month 1
Each month builds
on the previous one.
Onboarding + first 2 automations
Process audit. The 2 highest-impact automations already active.
2 new flows + optimization
Month 1 flows are already documented. We add the next layer.
The team notices the difference
Less time on operational tasks. We start with system integrations.
Chained flows
The nurturing and follow-up system is complete. Flows connect to each other.
30-40% less manual work
The team has time for higher-value tasks. The system works on its own.
And not Zapier,
Make or any other.
$0 per automation executed
Zapier charges per 'task' executed. n8n can run at a fixed cost regardless of how many times the flow runs. If your business scales, the cost doesn't scale with it.
No logic limits
Zapier has linear logic. n8n allows complex conditionals, loops, subworkflows and calls to external APIs without restrictions. The most important automations are not linear.
The flows belong to you
If you want another team to manage them down the road, flows export as JSON and can be installed in any environment. No vendor lock-in. No losing what was built.
If you already pay Zapier Business ($599/mo), the Pro Retainer does more for less — with a professional strategically building the flows instead of assembling zaps manually.

What everyone asks
before taking the step.
We answer honestly.
How do I know what to automate first?
During onboarding we do a process audit. You tell us how the business operates and we identify the 3 highest-impact points — the ones that consume the most time and generate the most errors. We start there.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You describe the process in plain language: 'when a new client arrives, we send this email and create this folder'. We build it. You'll never have to understand code, flows or APIs.
What happens to the flows if I cancel the Retainer?
They're completely yours. We deliver the export of each flow with documentation in plain language. You can keep using them on your own n8n server without paying anyone anything more.
How long until the first results?
The first flow is usually active in the first week of the retainer. Time savings are noticeable from month 1. By month 3, the team clearly notices the difference.
Can it connect my CRM with my billing system?
Yes, as long as both have an API. On the call we evaluate technical feasibility and tell you what's possible and what's not — without committing to something that can't be done later.
What's the difference between the Base and Pro plans?
Mainly the available hours and integration complexity. Base = 6h/mo, simple and medium flows. Pro = 12h/mo, integrations with external APIs, advanced webhooks and monthly strategic review.
How many hours did your team give away this week
to tasks a machine can do?
30-minute call. We audit your processes together and tell you exactly which automations have the most impact and in what order we would build them.
